A Pilates class usually lasts 50 minutes. After a warm-up, we practice various Pilates exercises and movement sequences that activate your powerhouse and simultaneously work your upper and lower body.

Targeted breathing exercises and stretching units are part of the class. Finally, there is a cool-down to relax your stressed muscles.
