Dominique opened her modern Pilates studio in November 2019 at Puls 5 in Zurich.
Due to a back injury, Dominique discovered Pilates and immediately felt the great benefits of this workout for her body. In 2014, Dominique completed “The Pilates Standard” training at the Pilatesfabrik Uster and successfully graduated one year later.
Then in 2017, Dominique met Miguel Silva from Uno Pilates School. After working with Miguel, she decided to enroll in the Intensive Teacher Training Program at the renowned school Uno Pilates.

Miguel suffered from muscle tension and back pain due to his posture, which limited him in practicing his favorite sport, surfing.
During his years in the UK, Miguel had his first experience with Pilates. Miguel’s passion for Pilates is enormous, which is why he is a respected member of the industry.
He was selected as one of 12 participants to attend the highly regarded certification program “The Work” at Vintage Pilates Studio under the direction of Jay Grimes.
