Pilates personal training
Personal training at Uno Pilates takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. Our studio is geared towards individual lessons. We work in a relaxed and unhurried manner to ensure that our customers’ privacy is always protected. After an initial evaluation on the equipment, the trainer continuously adapts the training program. Because every person is different, we adapt the training exactly to the individual customer. The needs of our customers have top priority in our training courses.
Private lessons
We teach in private lessons. It is an intensive training that is perfectly adapted to your body. This way you benefit from our experience and commitment. With a targeted training you will achieve more flexibility and also more strength. Your imbalances will be significantly improved. Therefore, your body will quickly regain its balance.

Full body workout
We combine a full body workout through various exercise sequences with flowing breathing. These exercises strengthen your body and at the same time your state of mind increases. The focus is always on the center of the body, the so-called “powerhouse”. This is because the powerhouse is the center of strength in our body. Joseph Hubertus Pilates’ motto was: “All strength comes from the center of the body.” In this way, from the ribs to the pelvis, all the muscles in the upper body are strengthened through slow and highly concentrated movements.
